Every time we order veggie Mexican pizza they give us beef Mexican pizza and when we let cashier know they get mad on us saying... you might order beef instead of veggie. It happen to me 4 to 5 times now. It?s ridiculous. Read more

I don?t know how many time you need to ask them. I asked for a Crunchwrap with the normal hamburger mixture, and add steak. It?s... not rocket science, and it?s on the ticket. As I pull away I see it only has steak. When I tried to make sure the order wascorrect when paying, the woman closed to window on me. I had to pull over, go back, go inside, and get another one made. I don?t normally write reviews but this location warrants it. We?ve tried really hard to like the Sun Prairie Taco Bell, but as... others have noted there are many, repetitive issues. People have dietary restrictions. It isn?t hard to make items as requested.If you can?t, just say you can?t. It seems like every time we go to this location they get the order wrong. We won?t be back. Weordered veggie Mexican pizzas, a bean and rice burrito and bean burritos all WITHOUT cheese. We verified the order on the drivethrough screen was correct. When ordered at the drive through the person laughed at the no cheese request. I wrote it offthinking the person could be laughing at something else. One Mexican pizza and one bean burrito had no cheese. Everything elsein the order was made with cheese. Some items had so much cheese it was as if they gave us extra cheese. The restaurant did notappear busy. We were the only car in the drive through. We didn?t want to take it back and have to deal with the management atthis location. This location was better in the past but it appears a management change has negatively impacted this TacoBell. If we go to Taco Bell in the future we will drive to a different location and avoid Sun Prairie until the parent companymakes some positive changes for the location. Read more

Edit 9/2022: Another awful experience at this location. A few days ago, placed a pickup order in the taco bell app and paid in... full. Upon arrival, I'm told that there's a balance due. Turned out the app only deducted $1 instead of $3 for a reward I hadfor $3 off a purchase of $18. Instead of acknowledge the error in the app and fix the problem, I was scolded by the manager whois extremely rude to both her customers and employees. On my previous visit she was loudly berating an employee for calling inthe previous day in front customers in the lobby. I had to argue with her to fix the problem and finally after about 20 minutesof being made to feel like this was my fault, I finally got my order for my family. This location's atmosphere is purely toxic. I can't stress enough how rude this manager is to both the staff and customers. 1. My beef burritos had a pathetic amount ofmeat on them. Like a tablespoon of meat. 2. Ordered a bean and rice burrito and a beef burrito for my son and got 2 bean andrice burritos. 3. Ordered a chalupa, hardly any meat...all lettuce. Shell was stale. 4. Ordered nachos bell grande, it wasliterally all tiny chip fragments with a pathetic amount of toppings. No one at this location answers the phone. This was theworst taco bell order I've ever seen. It almost feels like we were being pranked on a hidden camera show or something. Had tocontact @tacobellcare on Twitter for a refund. This location is a total joke and it's clear the ownership doesn't care at all. I would suggest that this store be avoided at all costs. The food was decent but when a customer is coming out of the bathroom and into the lobby to eat and the manager is locking the... lobby doors for no reason at 11:45am that's bad business. I let them know they had people at the door they let one customer inand when told doors are still locked the employee responded with they will remain locked. I watched 12 customers come to thelocked doors and leave. Read more

This is one of the most unprofessional Taco bells I have ever visited. Me and my friend visited early AM when. It was opening... and a few cars were there waiting. So the manager was in the drive thru and said why is everyone up so early in a angry way. Ireplied we haven't been to sleep yet but need coffee and food to keep us going. She had us wait 20 mins. Then gave the bag andsaid good luck and I said you too because I know this is opening time and people are ready to eat. Have a good day and pulledoff, but I noticed the ice coffee was so bad watered down without much flavor. I order a breakfast crunch wrap which I havegotten many times in other locations. This was more like a small burrito and inside a small sausage link, half piece of coldcheese, and maybe a spoonfull of eggs with a judge tortilla folded twice over. I am not rude and really didn't want to go backsince right on the top wrapped around the tortilla and folded inside the wrapper was a long Hair. The staff here are incredibly rude. I ordered my food on DoorDash while at home and arrived there at the estimated ready time.... It wasn't that busy but I waited over 20 minutes for my food (after checking in at the cashier). Instead of simply apologizingfor making me wait, they ganged up on me stating DoorDash sends us the order when they send it. Please train your staff toprovide BETTER customer service! I wasn't looking to pick a fight so I ended up walking out of there without my food and took mybusiness elsewhere. Fortunately I got my refund. Not coming back here. Read more
