Picked up my girls after school and we went to Carl?s Jr.. No line got our orders fast. I just felt like they were rushing so... good thing I checked cause we were missing One order of onion rings. So I asked the lady and showed her the bag saying that weonly have one onion rings but I paid for too. When she looked at our Receipt she saw that we were missing one. As we got homethe onion rings she was soooo salty my daughter couldn?t it. The other onion ring was cold . My fried zucchini was soft and noteven hot. The milk shakes we ordered looked sloppy. This place changed for the worst. It?s like they need more workers or hireones that care and not cheat the line times. Lol Presentation is key. Had multiple experiences with the same manager refusing to input coupons correctly and honoring them.
I found a mistake in their pricing on their menu, compared to what was in their register, a clear violation of their... advertising, and they yelled and screamed at me, and threatened me. I left without buying my lunch. Reporting them to the countyweights and measures department. Read more

I can't make a testament to the atmosphere, I used the drive thru, didn't go inside. The food and service were good.
