I got a steak salad and he got fish and chips and we both ordered soup. The soup came as we were finishing our meals. I couldn?t... chew the steak! It was awful! The fish tasted like dirty grease. Was a very nice and relaxing place the food was excellent ???? they did lose my ticket but they made up for it gave me free... desert look my appetizer off my bill and gave me a card for a free appetizer. All in all a good place nice service andenvironment ???? Read more
The staff was super friendly and attentive even amongst their short staffing issue. Fish and chips were alright, not the best... but just okay. The prices I thought were a little high. Most places usually charge around $15 for the same meal. I will say thatthe restaurant is in a very convenient location and it was very clean. Read more
The wait time for our food was ridiculous, they weren?t busy at all. I ordered the fish and chips. The breading on the fish was... tough and the fries were lukewarm, like they were sitting out for awhile before I got them. The food had little to no flavor.Our waitress was friendly but she only came over to our table once or twice during the whole meal. Read more
Really good buffalo chicken sandwich. The fries are good too. The jambalaya was just meh. The "side salad" was great, but was... $7.99 each!!! I didn't say anything, but if I ever go back, I will talk to a manager, and very carefully review the pricing. Read more
Stopped in for dinner on Christmas Eve??????Had a 5 wing appetizer (very good) Steak and fries(steak cooked properly and tender... and juicy) chopped salad that had tomato, cheese, cucumber and some potato stix topped with Italian dressing(cold, fresh,delish).I was greated at the door and seated immediately(25 min to close, only 2 other tables with customers). My server wasvery friendly and took my drink and appetizer order and returned to take my order. My food arrived in a timely manor and wasvery good. The place is set up for covid and I felt safe while dining. Please support our local businesses people, you won't bedisappointed when you visit Big Walnut Grill. I will definitely be back. Read more
