I love JM's subs and that goes without saying. I have been buying subs at this location every since it opened but given that it... is over 10 miles from my home I do not get there as often as I would like - what makes this JM stand out from all the others incentral Ohio is the manager or at least I think he is the manager -- even if I have not seen him in 3-4 months he is always verycheerful and welcoming --- he knows exactly what I am going to order and he knows to give me a veterans discount. Hisfriendliness makes going the extra distance to Sunbury very worthwhile. Plus the sub makers are fast and efficient and man,those subs are good! Read more
Good food. Little slow, but they had a bunch of orders all at once. There was one guy in the place kind of holding the whole... show together. If he hadn't been there during the rush when we were there, it would have been a mess. He was talking the orders,slicing the meat, keeping track of what the toppings person was supposed to be doing, keeping orders straight for the cashier,helping on the grill, etc. Read more
It's always nice to be acknowledged and greeted when walking into any restaurant or business. I have to admit though I was a bit... annoyed at one employee's tactics. He first asked me what I was having, that's fine. I responded that I was trying to decide. Hethen kept probing me when all I needed was to review the overhead menu. He kept pressing so I finally just decided to go with mynormal #13. Overall, the sub was awesome and hit the spot!. Thanks for dinner guys. Read more
Wonderful Jersey Mike's and great experience. Would much rather go to this one than the one closer to where I work. Subs were... made accurately and quickly and staff was friendly. Will certainly return here in the future if heading that way. Read more
