Quickly got our food. Order was accurate even with the customization to some items.
This place is so hit or miss. Lately it has been miss. I get the world is short staffed but never should a food item leave... the store looking like someone has already eaten it. Mornings and lunch time are usually decent but if you go at dinner timeyou never know what you are going to get. My family won't be going back to this McDonalds for a long time. The only reason Iam giving it 2 stars is because the manager offered to make us new food. But after we are already home I don't want to go backup to get it since the rest of the family had pizza. These people NEVER let me down! They missed something on my order? Boom! It?s fixed! The managers and staff are so sweet and... nice to me. Honestly if I could rate this store 0 Stars I would. The morning staff is amazing at this store. But the night shift is terrible... they all have attitudes and have no customer service what?s so ever. The only person that ever has a decent attitude is the malemanager and that?s unacceptable. The food that I ordered tonight was absolutely disgusting, I got the 2 for $6 tonight and mybrother got the Chrispy chicken meal. My nuggets were super soggy and cold they seem like they weren?t even held in a hot heldand they were made 3 hours ago. The fries were also still raw. The fries had no color to them and they were so soft and gross.The thing that makes this so upsetting is that the order taker had a terrible attitude and seemed like she hated her job. As aformer GM this stuff is not acceptable for a company to entertain. The younger gentleman that was at the window and gave outthe food was very nice and had a good attitude.
