Used the mobile app to order an iced americano that I order EVERYDAY. Typically I don’t go to this location but I was in the... area. When I arrived my drink wasn’t full. I asked for more ice and extra cream since that is what it says on my order “ Ex3/4 cream” the barista refused to give me extra cream because I didn’t order it correctly. She gave me extra ice to at-leastmake my drink look full (which should’ve been done in the first place) I pay almost $5 for a drink just to be refused theextra cream that I ordered because I apparently “didn’t order correctly”. I will not be going back to this location and Ihope that they learn customer service. Read more
Stopped in for afternoon treat and enjoyed my PSL! Put in a order for 3 PSL and 1 dragon fruit lemonade. Store was busy. But... lady at window kept us up to speed on order. Great attention to us and everything else going on. Drinks were out and all weregood. Read more
Starbucks is my happy place I love Starbucks it is the BEST place ever I recommend!! I would definitely get the Caramel Crunch... Frappe! It’s so good and also get the Ham and Cheese Croissant sooo good! Read more

The service is good, employees very upbeat and friendly. But, I am not getting credit for my purchases. I signed up for... getting points for stars when ordering iced shaken espresso but did not get credit. Disappointing. This happens occasionallyand has not ever been resolved. Read more
