I was the 3rd person in line (the person at the counter had already ordered) and it took another twenty minutes to even place my... order. Another 10 to receive it. Never even made it to order. Greeted at the speaker by "What do you want." Two employees standing right next to the back door in... uniform smoking so heavily it immediately filled the car. We just left....I assume they were going to be the person's making anyfood we would have ordered. Read more
Lobby was locked i assume because of staffing so we pulled around to the drive thru. 2 employees smoking right by the order... screen, gross. Person on the speaker was less than friendly. There is a reason this location was empty of customers right atbreakfast. We decided to just go over to mcdonalds instead. Read more
I stop at this Horton?s pretty consistently. They get 4 Stars instead of 5 because my order is correct 3/5 out of 5. With that... said I?ve met 3 people over the time I?ve come here that exemplifies customer experience. Two of them I no longer see there, butthe gentleman who has been working the drive-Thru the past couple months is truly awesome. No matter what my food experience isthere, he ensures my customer experience is great. He?s always friendly, conversational and professional. After waiting over 3 minutes in a drive through, I finally got my sandwich. Which keep in mind was a Croissant Sandwich. But... when i got it I wondered why it looked like a freaking panini. I took one bite before i felt sick. The sausage was pink on theinside and just terrible. Read more
Great, friendly people work at this Tim Horton's. The coffee is always good. Just know that their goal is fast service. If you... want your bagel properly toasted, tell them double toasted. If you want butter on your bagel, ask them to butter both sides. Read more
I'll never waste my time to stop here again. I drive a truck which makes drive thru a no go. Since the location is truck... accessible I've enjoyed making it a rest stop. This location has yet to reopen the lobby post covid shutdown even though it isconnected to a gas station next to a freeway. Read more
