You guys are usually so good. Today, I got Tim Bits that had hairs in them. May I strongly suggest hair nets for staff.
Drove through this location at lunchtime today. It took over 1/2 to be served with only 4 cars ahead. We ordered breakfast... sandwiches ( advertised 24 hours a day) The bread was not toasted, the cheese not melted, and I sincerely doubt that the eggswere at their proper holding temperature. There were no apologies for the delay. I spend a small fortune at Tim Hortons all overthe north Columbus area. This one has always been hit or miss. Today was the final straw. Read more
I ordered sweet tea light ice a grilled cheese panini with chips and a muffin because they said they can't make ham and cheese... panini but westerville and Delaware will make them Sweet tea wasn't sweet and full of ice Chips were cold normally warm Mypanini was not cut And they forgot the chips and the muffin had to ask for them. Most the the time this location is out ofmuffins. Normally love Tim Hortons but not impressed with this location. Sorry guys Read more
Coffee was old and tore my stomach up. I?ve felt nauseous the whole day because of it. Very bad experience, do not recommend.
Dining room is still closed, but amazingly the large caramel latte is just $2!!
Stale bread and eggs shells in my egg, wth! No wonder your phone number is disconnected, wish I would have read reviews.
Let me preface this by saying overall I love Tim Hortons, however this particular location is notorious for not having a... working Ice Cap machine or other issues making ordering an Ice Cap impossible. This wouldn't be a huge issue if there was a wayto find out before making the trip, but 8/10 times either the phone isn't answered or the line just says it's been disconnected. Once your waiting in line, and realize the only item you came for is unavailable... your also stuck waiting for everyone infront as there is no way to exit the drive up and you can't currently go inside. I am so tired of this location. I give them multiple chances but they always let me down. Today I spend a lot of money on a... variety pack and they filled the box with 2 different doughnuts. It feels that the constant disappointments means they literallydon?t care. Read more
