I order a chicken rotisserie footlong and I pay extra for pepperoni, when I got home there was no pepperoni. On the recite it... was to add the pepperoni. They refused to take coupons and they refused to give us a senior discount. $17 for two, six-inch subs is outrageous!!
It's frustrating that they don't offer very basic menu items in the delivery apps. I'm not talking about anything exotic, I'm... talking about mustard. You can't get plain yellow mustard on a Subway sandwich on any delivery app. If this is dictated bycorporate, then I would recommend the franchise owners demand a change, because as is, Subway is unusable on any deliveryservices. Consistently bad service. We were mischarged twice, and were told for only $.20 more we could get a free cookie. Employees need... to be better trained, tested on reading and understanding their menu, and explained the definition of free. Read more
Walked in and it smelled like yeast. Understandable to some degree except they dont fresh make bread. It was also musty. The... lettuce looked infected. There was only one sandwich maker behind counter at busy lunch hour with others waiting. Read more
It was just fine. I got my flatbread sandwich the way I wanted, and it was good. Price isn't too bad, am grateful for that. The... only issue I've ever had with Subway is the fact that they don't have bathrooms. Most other eateries do, and it would be good ifsubway could add then to their stores. Read more
