This McDonald's is a not well run. If I get it delivered to my home (the apps all have this restaurant as the default because of... its proximity to my home), the order is usually wrong or incomplete. So, I gave up on that. This past weekend, my kids wereasking for a "treat" and wanted McDonald's. I decided to go myself and order at their drive through. It was almost a 25 minuteprocess to get my order and be on my way back home. I don't understand how it can take this McDonald's that long to process aFAST FOOD order. I have been dying to write a review of this place. We went a couple of weeks ago and tell me why we ordered food for five people... and once I get to the window the RUDE lady tells me that I am only allowed to get two sauces. I proceed to explain that it was alarge order, we should at least get a sauce per person but she denies it, she says it is their policy. Then I asked for at leastketchup and she says that I should have paid for it as it costs extra. What!!!!!!!???????????? Please go to another McDonnals. Read more
I?ve been in line 55 minutes so far in my truck and diesel is not cheap at the moment lol and the people are rude. There is no... way to get away from the drive-through when you?re stuck in line you?re in it.And on top of that when I get my meal it iscompletely wrong. RUN(DMC) FROM HERE!!! * Rapper Run DMC and his wife and kids pulled up to the window. The server had a screaming fit for 6... minutes. Unfortunately she forgot to turn off the loud speaker where you speak your order so the whole world could hear her. For6 MINUTES she held up the line boasting to Run DMC that she's the best at serving/customer service in Florida, how she runs thatMcDonalds and everyone else working there was trash and she watched his show avidly. I watched as the line went from me and RunDMC to a looong line of honking cars extending right through the parking lot into the street. I finally pulled up to the windowto see she was about 60 YEARS OLD!!! * She printed my receipt with a fictitious order then tried to argue that I had asked forthat after I had repeated my order to her 3 TIMES. When she returned 3/4 of my order was missing. She argued again and left toget the rest of my order. 10 minutes waiting in line later I snapped, parked and went inside to talk to someone with commonsense. The server's responses at the register was so slow I thought he was having a stroke. *I opened the bag, no straw I hadrequeted,, a burnt black burger bun, undercooked elasticated (you won't believe it's not) chicken, completely melted milkshake,chewy, old apple pies. * Minutes after eating the fries and drinking the milkshake I stopped the car and to my horror, threw itall up. Location is clean, however staff was rude?eye rolling when you ask things and constantly shouting. Food looked great and tasted... delicious! On the downfall ? there was a person that entered the premises that acted shady, stole sugar, spices, ketchup,napkins by handful. Also kept picking old burger packaging out of the trash bin and ate the leftovers on the table in front ofme. Staff didn?t do anything. Read more
This location sells old food through Door Dash. I?ve given it several tries, always cold, hard, stale fries, cold burger. They... are deliberately lousy with delivery, seems they hold onto old food for Door Dash. Read more
