The workers at this location are among the quickest, most efficient workers I have ever seen! Their ability to accurately manage... such a high volume of orders in such a short time is nothing short of remarkable. In addition to the great service, there isalmost always an open seat despite the number of customers that flow in and out throughout the day. Lastly, this location isquite the melting pot! It is not uncommon to hear at least 4 or 5 languages (Russian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and English)being spoken at all times. Read more

My experience wasn't the most pleasant. Came to get a mango-dragonfruit drink. Only when I asked to go easy on the ice was I... advised they don't have the dragon fruit chunks. Really annoying! Otherwise the place is dirty, every empty table has garbageand/or spills. The washrooms are totally gross and no toilet paper! Read more

Went last night to get a hot chocolate with whipped cream and ended up also getting a Ham & cheese croissant as well as a... passion fruit hibiscus tea. The hot chocolate was ok but everything else was delicious. It was a little packed but there wereplenty of seats so we were able to sit outside since the weather has been so nice recently. The hot chocolate was extremely hotso I ended up just taking it home to finish it later but we were able to just enjoy the rest of our food outside and have a niceconversation. We visited this morning as well and it was very packed and the service was a little slow. Nonetheless we werehappy to find a table outside again and enjoy our breakfast sandwich. Read more
My favorite in the Miami area! More space, less nonsense. I mean what else is there to say about Starbucks, just about everyone... know how it works and I think the employees do a fantastic job in this specific location. I always order my things online and Ihave them in my list of favorites; so I always get exactly what I ordered. Again this is my favorite location! Read more
Can someone at this location please learn or TRY to make the brown sugar shaken properly?? I live 3 minutes away yet always have... to go to a different location to get my drink right; the times brown sugar is sold out at other stores I literally dread havingto order from sunny isles from how bad they always make it.
