Just got done eating at quaint and wow I?ve always gotten the salmon which is fantastic! It?s very simple salmon but it?s a... great portion and the sides are good also. It?s always cooked perfectly not overdone nor underdone. I ordered the burger tonightwith goat cheese and let me tell you it is hands down one of the best burgers I?ve had! Not in the neighborhood, not in queensbut of all of nyc and possibly NY state. This is coming from someone who loves burgers and has eaten them all over the countryand world. The goat cheese was so good, the bun toasted perfectly the patty made and cooked so good I wish I ordered 2. Thewaiter is working so hard making the drinks, busing the tables and handling all of the guests. Kiddos to him. PleAse remember tobe patient with restaurants during this terrible pandemic. They are all trying their best and trying to make things work withless staff and way less money coming in. The flavors are on point. The chef knows that he?s doing. This is a no frills type of place. It?s simple food, yet the flavor is... incredible. The menu is simple. Only 4-5 entree options, which I like. Always a red flag when places have 25 things to choosefrom. I had a burger, which honestly, may be one of the best I?ve had. Seared to perfection.
