Horrible customer service by one specific older female. I was here at 2pm on Thursday July 7th. I went in to pick up an order... placed as drive through pickup. The line was wrapped around the building so I went in to grab it. She was refusing me my ordersaying she can only give it if I?m in drive through. I tried to read her name tag but she quickly took it off after shecontinued to belittle me. This is the only BK near me for 15 miles but Next time I?ll travel the distance for better service. Noreason why she has to sit there and try to argue. I even said I would go wait in line if it was an issue and she just laughed.Walked away when asking her a question. Sent my sister in to grab straws since she refused to give me any. And she would giveher any either. She had to reach over the counter to even access it. She needs to be fired.
