THERE IS SOMETIMES NO DINING IN AS OF AUGUST 2022 - due to labor shortages and Covid.You can still order online or in store but it must be to go on occasion. Always out of ingredients, any time any day. Mostly careless staff (the kids) but the one young lady manager is pretty... good. Incredibly skimpy portions, refuse to give extra rice, cheese, salsa etc if you specify. Long wait times. Shut down thelocation so you can?t even enter anymore, apparently only taking online orders. Had a horrible experience in this location today. I go here very often and usually the customer service is good. It had been an... hour since I ordered. I requested the girl who was working on orders to check if my order was in , and NO RESPONSE. She looksand then just gets back to her work . This happened twice. I asked another girl, tells me to check location etc but still didnot check if they have missed my order. Finally one guy there helped look into their system and they had missed to make myorder. It took them an hour to check while I just stood there. The two girls had no intention to understand the situation andhelp a customer. They just kept doing their work like it?s not their problem. Was made to wait 20 mins so they could prepare 15-20 online orders. Took 30 mins to get my 3 tacos. Chipotle service has to be... the worst I've seen in any restaurant. Some employees prepping food are so bad at their job like it's unbelievable. Food isn'tonly about tasting good, but also should look appetizing but Chipotle employees do not care.
