The most horrible customer service experience I've had, the lady was rude and made us wait for a long time, first to take our... order, then, the order was not even correct. She has no customer service skills and I wonder what she is doing working in arestaurant where you need to be courteous and professional. We are never going back to that restaurant again. Read more
I love Dennys, but this is by far the worst location I've been to. We went for breakfast and the hostess was great, but our... server did not bother to check in our table at all. The restaurant was not short staffed the morning we went, but for somereason our server was not helping us out. They took our order 10 minutes after being seated. Then brought our food 30 minuteslater to which it was served extremely cold, but we did not make a deal about it. We were disappointed to see she was attendingthe other tables and ignored us when we asked for a side of ranch and water. Also, she did not offer any coffee refills, or evenmore napkins. Read more
Things started off okay here but quickly went downhill. Stopped here after a long evening on the way back home. We had come from... buying a car so we were tired and strung out. We ordered our meal and the waiter returned to let us know they were out of soup.My wife asked to see if We could just pay for the sandwich and not have the soup. Service and staff excellent, food on salty side. I guess Dennys is Denny's but fresher or less salty would help. Chicken strips... came out hot but vegetables were cold when brought. Sausages should be a better brand. But overall it?s ok here. Tables cleanedand cleanliness very good Read more
