We've had too many problems with this store, ranging from including chicken on a vegetarian pizza to forgetting to put cheese on... the pizza. Tonight we ordered a pizza with regular cheese, alfredo sauce, spinach, mushrooms and feta cheese. The team forgetto put regular cheese on it. The pizza was a mess as it was just alfredo sauce with spinach, mushrooms, feta and a few randomjalepenos. I called to request a refund and was put on hold and hung up on. When I called back, a team member told me thatalfredo sauce looks a lot like cheese and asked me to bring the pizza back to prove it had no cheese. I let him know that wewere already home and would rather not drive back to the store to prove we got a bad pizza. I offered to send him a picture andhe agreed. When I asked him where I should email the picture, the line went silent and he hung up on me. I called the storeagain and no one picked up. We will not be returning to this store in the future and I would like a refund or a store creditfor the amount paid by gift card. I will keep calling, and calling, and calling until I get my refund.
