I've ordered twice and both times the pizza was burned black. BLACK! Called in and was dismissed. Told that's how thin crist is... every time. I order thin crust all the time and it is never black anywhere else. No one wants to taste charcoal when they'reeating pizza. The Chicken wings were also not tossed in hot wing sause - barely had any sause drizzled over the top. Verydisappointed in this Domino's. Not what I've come to expect with this franchise. I am a vegetarian and they gave me pepperoni pizza. I travelled 5 miles to get wrong pizza and they didn't even give me the... right one the lady talked rudely it's most terrible place. Please avoid at all cost. Read more
This location was not honoring the 2 medium 2 topping pizza for 5.99. This happened for both online and over the phone delivery.... While some upcharges are understandable (a dollar extra for a premium topping), after we made two medium pizzas, the total wasabout thirty dollars. The person I spoke to indicated this is because non-standard sauces count as a 3rd topping making thecoupon no longer apply. Very poor service. ordered from there just picked up and food likes like crazy. pizza not cut. parm bites have no parm and... liquid dripping out of bottom of Box. there's a puddle of liquid in bottom of Box. Called up to complain and got for a guy! whydo you want us to remake it. then hung up on me. Will not go back there. I picked up to eat on my lunch break. now I'm at workand have nothing to eat. I have to say this place is great. The food is fresh and delicious. The people that work there are friendly and professional and... super quick. One of my orders didn't come out as we had ordered it, so I called them and they were extremely nice and willingto fix the order. I give the store a 5 ???? because they exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend the place toeveryone. And thanks to the employee whose name I didn't get, for being so nice and fixing my order fast and throughout theentire visit you had a smile on your face. That's awesome! Unsanitary preparation. Workers don't use gloves. I ordered online twice from here. First time they got it right and the... toppings seemed alright. Second time they missed my order completely. It was in the system and it showed online that it wasready for pickup 30 mins ago. I come here and they tell me they gonna make it again for me. They did not seem too sorry aboutit, though they apologized and tried blaming it on me initially. Pizza was not bad though. Read more
Very disappointed! I am a big fan of Domino's Pizza. In fact I only eat Domino's Pizza 9.5/10 times. But this particular branch... is awful at making Pizzas. I ordered 3 times and everytime, there was a problem regarding order (wrong pizza), estimated timeand the quality of pizza (regular crust looks like thin crust, 4 out of 8 slices were missing the toppings, the toppings werestale and lot more). Not to mention they don't have Chilli Flakes ever. I hope the management looks into it and restores my wantto go back there again someday. Thumbs down for now! Read more
