Great restaurant and very authentic food! Very good atmosphere and customer service?? I absolutely love the deep fried chicken... with peppers and peanuts! If you want to try out authentic Chinese food, this is your go to (and it is not as spicy as it seemsto be)! The deep fried bun dipped in condensed milk has been my all time favorite since a child. I was initially skeptical since I saw that this place had 3.5 stars, but then my friend said he really liked it so then we came... in. Good: The service is really quick and the ordering process is fun - you can checkout on your phone with your friends allordering from their phones so the process is also pretty streamlined. I really liked the spicy beef tendon bowl! It was atfirst not something I was super excited for, but then I was really a fan of the broth and the noodles and found that it was justthe thing to hit the spot after playing tennis. Good portion sizes too. You also get a complimentary bowl of peanuts and spicycabbage which was a good taste bud opener. Bad: It was a bit more spicy than we thought and I'd be careful if you weren't a fanof spicy stuff. Came here at 5pm right during opening on a weekend and there was no wait even without reservations and we were the only ones to... arrive this early. The ordering experience is awesome and all performed online but no need to prepay. You can pay at the endall together. The century eggs appetizer was delicious with creamy eggs and tofu in a nice spicy sauce. The signature noodledishes were good however they didn’t quite eclipse perfection. Noodle texture quickly became soft and mushy from overcookingin the hot broth. Flavor was also a little lacking but asking for some spicy sauce on the side, was able to salvage it. Also theamount of protein given was quite a small amount, would have appreciated a little bit more. Overall, it’s still a nice placeif you’re craving Chinese noodles as there’s plenty of noodles, enough for a second or third meal when you take it home. Read more

I like the new store interior design; the light is so charming, we took so many group picturesas the lighting on the ceiling as a piece of art! Noodle Talk really knows how to make the best authentic style food from theprovince of Hunan in China. Every dish was so YUMMY, so FRESH, and so TASTY! All people in my group were so happy:) Puls+++ weordered the happy boba tea from Moomo tea which is next door to Noodle Talk. I believe good food is the sole reason we are onthis earth.
