Excellent drinks and in my case I can't get very sweet I ordered "cero sugar" and it was still a good flavor.
Poor customer service. Even if the order is ready 20mins ago, employees wont let you pick up when you enter and you have to... stand jn line. Also they prefer to spend time chatting among themselves than serving the customer requests. Read more
Long wait times and crowded during peak hours. Great variety of drinks. Only 2 choices of food (plain or variant of mochi waffle... [pretty good btw]. Good service, no min order fee for cards. Had benches to sit in and claw machines while you wait. Had arestroom. Better/higher quality tea than tea era (another established across the intersection), but much smaller variety of food(as mentioned before). Read more
Gong Cha has a nice variety of boba drinks and always has a good selection of seasonal drinks that I am eager to try whenever I... visit. I love their brown sugar London fog latte. The brown sugar flavor goes so well with the earl grey tea and fresh milk. I'monly removing 1 star because the tea quality isn't quite as good as other boba places that I'd give 5 stars to, but it's stillquite good. Read more
