This Domino?s do whatever they want lol? I always order half cheese and all the toppings on the right.. I always do pick up.... Wait until I get home to check the order, I hate confrontation I know places are really short staff. So that?s why I never sayanything but my daughter only eats cheese, She would just pick off the toppings but it bothers her. Last night I checked beforeI left.. I immediately was like this is not what I ordered, I checked the app and receipt.. The young man was so sweet, he wasabout to give me a story until he looked at the receipt.. Johnathan is so sweet and so polite!! I don?t know if there are other delivery drivers but this man deserves a raise. He?s the... only one I ever see and I?m a frequent buyer. Last two times I ordered delivery from this location the pizza stayed in quality check for over 20 minutes and was burned and... dang near cold when I received it. Not to mention the text alert will say the driver is pulling up now and it still will take anadditional 10 minutes for the driver to actually arrive. One other time I chose carry out and when I went to pick it up Ichecked in and turned my hazard lights on waiting for them to bring the pizza out but they never did. I had to call inside andwas told their computers were down. I rather drive up to the Gus Thomasson/Town East location and pick up a fresh hot pizza. Read more
Worst service ever , terrible ..rude customer service. We have ordered and decided to pick it up , since delivery wait time too... long . Went for pick and asked for parmisan cheese , an African dude said "NO Parmisan " , first I took it as a joke , afterasking second time I realized he was serious and no apologies. Other pizza places , you dont even ask for it . And we did notask for extra, there was NON . And that was just a beginning. It's only few min drive to home , and pizza was cold and burnt. The worst Dominos around. After 5x of ordering from here I?m either getting terrible customer service, or a VERY long wait time... or a poor quality pizza. Today I tried going during the day and it should?ve been ready between 11:36-11:46am but when I gotthere at 11:58am my pizza was not even started. I went at night when no orders were in only mine, I saw the screen, they wereall sitting there on stools chatting and texting and never made my pizza and I showed up 35min after placing it. The crewmembers are always super confused and lost as to why I?m upset too.
