Ordered cheeseburger. Cheese wasn?t even melted bc burger was cold. Fries were cold. Not even warm to the touch. Had ordered... onion rings and went back for them. Onion rings were gross. Not hot AT ALL. They were tough and chewy. You can tell they hadbeen sitting there a while. Staff is rude. Definitely will not be going back. Never had a good experience since it opened. Read more

Super slow in the dinning room. Only seemed concerned about the drive thru. I watched the people who were in the dining room ask... for refunds and leave because they still had not received their order 20 minutes after waiting. I waited 34 minutes for a #1 anda spicy bacon burger. Was ready to ask for refund when the order finally came out. Went back the next day.... 25 minutes for aJr whataburger and avocado burger... Jr was stone cold had to bring it back. Read more

Went through drive through...they left out french fries, gave us a banana shake instead of a chocolate shake that we ordered.... Asked for 1 BBQ sauce but was told I had to pay 50 cents after paying for my meal. Had to get out in the rain, and got soaked toget the french fries they left out, and still said they would charge me for 1 BBQ sauce....crazy. I asked how much should Icharge for their convenience....This isn't the first time this has happened....they have gotten our order wrong the last 3 timeswe have been here!!! 2 minutes standing alone inside at the counter before the order employee standing behind me came around to take my order, lady... taking orders at window standing in same spot for 20 min. Not helping. Two cars in lane waiting for order for 20 minutes. Iordered a #1. took 20 minutes. Cars are still waiting in drive through. Slowest location and employees I have ever been to. Thatincludes every fast food place I have ever been to in my life. Read more

This Whataburger doesn?t have enough staff to be called fast food. I waited 10 minutes behind one car only to be told it would... be a while to take my order because they only had two people working. Also, every time I eat here their burgers are not freshand the meat is over cooked and dry. They are new to the area, but they are not able to provide good customer service or goodfood. Too bad they are making a bad impression on the local residents who you would have thought they wanted our business. Read more

Went to drive through early this morning and the guy was so friendly on the speaker and at the window! Best I've seen in a long... time anywhere. Didn't get his name but it was between 6:30 and 7am. Food was also excellent! Read more

The burger was very good, but you would be mistaken calling it fast food. After placing the order it was more than 20 minutes... before I received said burger. In fairness, it was after 11 p.m., and they had a significant line of cars in the drive thru, andI went inside. They did have what appeared to be full staff in the kitchen and the counter. LOCATION GIVES WHATABURGER A BAD REP! STILL A FAN! Man, I was so excited when they recently built this location. I'm let down,... not cause of the food quality, but all about the customer service. They are slow (but not as slow as the Mesquite location). Thecrown jewel of Whataburger's is the small, secondary Mesquite location near Motley. Maybe it's because that's where theirregional training location is additionally housed at. Nevertheless, this new Sunnyvale location need to QUICKLY improve it'scustomer service and branding. Think of the millions of dollars it took to erect this place, only for poor employees to bring itall crumbling down. Wavier - the food is great but the service is horrible! Read more
