Service is not consistent. One day your server is so attentive; the next day your server is very forgetful. Our food was brought... to the table and the server left the dirty appetizer plates that we piled up in the middle to make space. We had to ask for themto be removed because we were not comfortable. (We were 4 on a small table). I was given a dirty menu that had food crushed init. Told the server; I hope he cleaned it before handing it to the next guest because it was gross. I would have given this restaurant 5 stars had my server (think name was Tori) had not ignored us at the end. The service... overall is mediocre because the hostess weren’t very friendly and the greeting was dry. Maybe I should have sat outside, thesetting may have balanced the service. The food was very good with the exception of my Buttermilk Fried Chicken barely had anysauce on it. This was unusual because normally it’s saturated and there is extra on plate. I took my great nieces andnephews. They enjoyed the kids chicken fingers and beef sliders. The fruit was very sweet and they served apple juice withit. I've been here before. It's always loud, but a good loud. I mean, it's like a big Caribbean party! Music, people celebrating... birthday parties or any other special occasion. Service was excelent, I think her name was Maria, she was nice and on point withour order. Food it's good. We really loved the chicken wings!!! The only thing was asking for spicy sauce and getting Tabasco. Imean, we were kind of expecting home made Caribbean spicy, but not a big issue. The place is big, good space, it has a bar,different areas. The parking is independent from the mall, it's big and comfortable, it has a good amount of spots for specialneeds right in front of the restaurant and it has a ramp for wheelchair ?? I believe our waitress was Mary she was great and the food was delicious. My only complaint was how dirty the bathroom was.... Other than that this was a very pleasant experience and the patience of our waitress was above average... would definitely comeback Read more
Nice atmosphere , plenty of seating and parking. The menu has a good variety with many specials. There is a tablet on each table... where you can make the payments and also play games. The bad news is that the games are not free to play. Keep that in mind toavoid surprises in your bill. The service is good and they have a nice outdoor area. Been patronizing this location for years when Im in town. Food is always tasteful and delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful.... However this visit took a while to get attended to at the bar then after being seated we waited awhile before someoneacknowledged us. Live music playing is always a plus, a cute touch and he knows how to keep the crowd entertained. There istypically a wait on weekend nights but nothing crazy. So happened to be a physical altercation between guests (no fault of theestablishment) they handled it pretty well and the police arrived in a timely manner. Will not deter me from continuing tovisit. Location is right outside of the mall so easily accessible and convenient to Sawgrass expressway as well. Read more
