Need to tighten up. The wait is long, the food is warmed NOT nice and hot. The place is NOT dirty but could use a tidy up.

As others said the service is horrible, I'll never come back last time I came here I'm at the drive thru they told me to wait... like 10 minutes before I could even order. Then I order and they repeat the order back WRONG so I correct them and they give mean attitude. Then I'm waiting in the drive thru for like 45 minutes every car in front of me is taking so long and I can seeeach one handing back their order and taking even longer cause the employees can't get it right the first time. No surprise myorder was wrong as well. I park and go in and they give me what I need finally, the food is stone cold. Cant believe I waited anhour for that. Read more

A lot of students working for summer playing around here. Ordered ahead through the app 20 minutes prior, arrived to pickup... food, and still had to wait another 25 minutes for them to stop arguing about who should make the order to actually make theorder. Even with all that time, it was still wrong. I'll continue eating here because it's the neighborhood BK, but only whenthe older managers working - they do a great job at minimizing the nonsense. Vistied there today (May 26, 2022). The place was filthy. Almost empty, but tables and floors messy. FLIES aplenty! Just as I... emptied some ketchup on my fries a big fly dived in and got stuck in the ketchup. They changed the fries. The lone front-lineworker seemed to be trying her best. Also, there were no forks. I was given a spoon to eat my fries, as a result. The healthdepartment needs to visit. Read more

There are employees inside at 11:37PM on 11/10/22 Thursday night, but they are not answering the drive thru and they are hiding... so customers looking inside can?t see them. This is so ridiculous. Read more
