Griot uncooked, plantains not cooked, pikliz tasted like water. Salmon super salty we ended throwing both plates iut because... none of us could eat it. It is a shame how you can?t even trust your own people to cook your culture food on a day that you areunable to. Whoever makes those food im sure are just learning theres no way an experience person would serve such salty andunflavored food, not edibles. I received excellent service from the owner herself and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! I?ve yet to come across a... Haitian restaurant with such creative alternatives to even basic things like environmentally friendly utensils and plating..Like whaaa ???? that?s great! There?s a wonderful fusion of Haitian culture and American cuisine with certain dishes like thebowl (what I got). This was horrible. The rice was not cook. The grio had no taste. (That was not Haitian grio???????????) the veggie stew was bad.... The good thing was the Mac and Cheese. Everything else was a negative. I?m so disappointed. Read more
