We had to wait less than 10 minutes. Our server was great. She made sure we had everything we needed.
This IHOP is gross, At least in the middle of the night where they seemed short staffed and one of the waitresses had to stay... over. She was fine but the male host that was standing by the door had the most disgusting attitude and seemed to beoverwhelmed. My group unfortunately had to walk out because we waited an hour and a half and never got our food. He ignored uswhen we tried to beckon him but was quick to pick up the money that we left on the table. It was a total disaster. IHOP pleasefind time to train your employees about customer service and send help when needed. I?ll never go back to that location. I?lljust drive a few blocks up on university. Read more
Half of my order was wrong and the state of the food is really sad. I mean I know its an ihop, but if you?re going to ask how I... want my egg don?t overcook them like that and just give it to me because it?s To-go. The pancakes were the wrong ones, noutensils, which I asked for, no syrup, chocolate syrup, that was supposed to come with the order. And to top it off themilkshake machine is broken, but there is no way for you to know until you get ghere to pick up your order. Read more
I went in here & placed an order I said to the 3 times! No mushrooms no hash brown.they filled my order with mushrooms and dam... hash browns. For the crepes I got nothing that came with it! Not butter not strawberries I found 2 dirty lids in the bag nosyrups for the pancakes and the milkshake was like ice cream stuffed in a cup!! Ample amount of parking spaces. I took my family there for breakfast. Great dining atmosphere. Our host was was very cordial... and the menu included options for kids, or the kid in you. A choice location for breakfast. Read more
If I could rate this zero stars I would I totally forgot to leave a review when I got my food from here. For starters I... should?ve known better when I walk in and smelled like the sewer water the service was fast but I was very dissatisfied with myfood I ordered the chicken and waffles to go when I got to work and was eating my food I noticed something on my waffle whichwas a bug cooked into my waffle I literally threw up. I contacted the manger which didn?t seem to really care that I almost atea bug. I asked for a refund which I never got. I love Ihop but this store put a bad taste in mouth I haven?t ate from ihop sincethis took place. Read more
