I've eaten at Lester's on Atlantic Blvd. many many times and I guess I'm spoiled. This Lester's is not the easiest to get to... but it is beautiful inside and out. Plenty of parking. Sadly I sat at the bar, no one waited on me so I got a booth. After awhile I got waited on. Food came quickly. It was okay. Not a lot of people there. I highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch. If you want the true American diner experience, this is the place. I love... having their breakfast here. If you want a bit of a change. I recommend their gyro and eggs platter. So delicious. Read more
Very attentive and friendly service. 2-2-2 was humongous! Those pancakes and omelette can feed a family ????. Sausages though... were the hit, slight crunchy bite on skin and very moist on the inside. Greek omelette with gyro meat was interesting - the gyroflavor never came through. But dang the quantity - both dishes were 12-14 and offered a great value. Hash browns were quite dry.Definitely get those sausages!! Read more
Long wait and severely understaffed. Fantastic server and delicious food....well worth the wait. Just because there are a ton of... empty tables doesn't mean they can accommodate everyone. Our server, Anna, was awesome. Severely overwhelmed, and with verylittle help, but her smile and attitude made it all ok. I had the Margate, which may be one of the craziest combos outthere....I had the meat sweats for the rest of the day, and it was well worth it! Amazing BLT!!! Bacon perfectly cooked and piled high. Super fresh thick cut tomatoes and crispy lettuce. Honestly one of the... best BLTs I've ever had! The waitress was super friendly and service was Uber quick! I'm so impressed with this diner I asked tolook at the breakfast menu as I'm already planning to come back tomorrow morning. Are we serious? They have NUTELLA CHEESECAKE ????????????. This location is perfect, always clean, quick service but at the same... time they take time with you and do not rush you out. I have been coming here since becoming a Sunrise residents 9 years ago... I always order their turkey with stuffing and double... mash. They had changed the menu and was offered as an open sandwich for a while, but it was still so good. Years later, sameportion and tastes great. Not sure I can say that about a lot of other restaurants post Covid. They stayed consistent! Lovethem! And also they're east location too. I order this from that location via Uber Eats if it's late night. Read more
