Ordered on mobile app, paid with linked card and selected "table service" option, 10 minutes later I walk up to counter to find... my cold food by cashier...when I ask her if this was my order and why wasn't it delivered to table 105, her reply was "I am nota waitress!" WOW!!!! Nice customer service! If McDonald's isn't going to train the ignorance of the app from their stores, theyshould remove this option from the app! Read more
Located in walking distance from the Sawgrass Mall, this is one of our favorite McDonald?s! We have been coming here for almost... three decades. In fact, my little ones played in their playplace when they visited grandma from Texas. Today, they are grownadults with children of their own but we still love coming by or through! So, how much fun was it for me on this visit? It wassuper fun to discover that for a limited time, they are offering Happy Meals for adults, which is arguably different than adulthappy meals (haha). You can choose from either nuggets or a Big Mac. I chose the Big Mac sans lettuce (ofc) and with my usualextra sauce on the side. My daughter had the nuggets. As far as the drinks, it was a regular Coke for me and she switched to aHi-C from a Dr. Pepper because it was flat. Besides the fries, the HaPpY Meal comes with a ?Cactus Plant Flea Market? four-eyedtoy which can be any of the McDonald's classic mascots: Grimace, Hamburglar or Birdie, or maybe you get the popular CactusBuddy. I?m not familiar with the CPFM but my daughter tells me it?s a streetwear favorite brand for many celebrities. Despiteall the hoopla in the news that employees want customers to stop ordering these meals, the drive-thru employees here wereextraordinarily patient and I also got to round up for the ?new house that love built? This McDonald has always had some rude staff. They act like they are doing you a favor by providing you service. I only come... here when the surrounding restaurants are too busy. It's mission impossible to get napkins or condiments. This is one of theworst McDonalds I've ever been too. Read more
Went to the drive thru, rude and impatient employee that would not let me finish telling her my order, second window for pick up... were rude and gave me the wrong order, then I simply ask them to throw away a can out for me and instead of simply telling methey couldn?t, some manager or whoever was in charge came screaming to the window telling me to take it out with such rudemanners. Upon having the correct food, the buns were dried up. Would not recommend this specific location due to theimpoliteness of the whole crew working there. Read more
Cleanest restaurant bathroom I have seen in a while! Also, Cat (the CTS manager) took my order and was so kind, funny,... quick-witted, and efficient. As a plus, the food was hot and fresh. When your employees decide that they are closing early because they need to go home and the owner got to take it, it shows that... our economy is messed up. Saturday Oct 15, 9:30 pm ?we?re close because we got to clean up?, hours said till 10:00 pm and heranswer is you either go to the drive thru or go somewhere else! How?s that for service!! Read more
