The staff here is quick and friendly. The staff is excellent and they have manners, that's surprising when it comes to fast food... service. I'm actually pretty content when I leave the drive-thru because the people that work there say things like "Thank you"and "Have a good day"... you don't get that at Mcdonalds usually lol. I love that the food is still hot and the fries are neverfreezer burned or flimsy. Honestly, keep it up management! You have a wonderful staff that knows how to serve the public. Read more
Totally Heaven compared to the atrocity nearest me on Pine Island and Southgate. They always do a good job here.
The fries were super salty . The fish was rubbery. I trashed it. Another Micky D spot fir me to avoid.

The Manger at this store is extremely disrespectful to her staff. She doesn't call out the order number, she calls out what you... order, which is confusing when people ordered the same thing. She was extremely unprofessional. Overall the store was clean. Read more
I hate fast food but due to my job I have to eat a lot of it. I have to travel all around Florida and do small contracted work... so I get to eat mcdonalds at different locations very often. Today I had to work in Sunrise and since I skipped breakfast Idecided to go this mcdonalds and I was blown away. The staff here is so friendly compared to any other and the food, god, theQuarter Pounder, my go to, was so juicy (see attached) I refused to believe it came from a mcdonalds. Truly unbelievable. Can't this place get more than 1 item out of 5 right ???????? We go here once a year only because the other MCD's isn't open at... the time for whatever reason. Not only does this place almost NEVER get the order right we know to NEVER go again. There's notmuch like ordering a certain drink and it comes back tasting like 16 other drinks. YOU CHEAP MISERS doing anything to make anyextra penny or two and at least we remember the main reason we won't see you again. Enjoy your mix of 50 different drinks andwhen you brush you teeth imagine it tastes like mustard or something so you know what it compares to. I'm back. The breakfast was okay, but the service is horrible... When I first walked in, the place was totally empty and the older lady... standing at the counter just had a mean look on her face, like she really didn't want to be there. There was no greeting, norany verbal conversation whatsoever. I had a mobile order and without even knowing who I was or asking me what was my order orhow can I help you, she just put the bag on the table and proceeded to walk away. I ended up calling back somebody just to get afew condiments and extra napkins, at this point a manager approached and pretty much had the same disposition. He was verystandoffish and very stingy on the condiments. I asked for an extra picante and jelly and he just handed me one each without anyverbal communication and the funny thing is the gentleman that walked in behind me as I proceeded to walk out, he seemed overlyjoyed and friendly with that particular customer. I don't know if it was a racial thing or what, but I was very disappointed,especially for buying a 15 to $20 meal. I've been to this McDonald's many times for lunch and dinner and they do have morepleasant staff that engage but the breakfast, ????I would never go there again for breakfast.
