The hostess was super rude. Asked her to change our table, she shrugged and walked off. When we came up to her again, she was... too busy talking to another hostess and instead of sitting us, she finished her entire conversation before finally agreeing togive us another table(half the restaurant was empty). The bathroom is extremely dirty. The bins are overfilled with trash andthe smell in the bathroom is awful. The floor in the the restaurant is sticky, in some parts slippery, and littered with trash.Instead of cleaning the plates, they just pile them up on the tables. So we ended up eating the entire time with someone’sdirty plates next to us. The table was not properly wiped, so when we sat down we had to wipe the puddles of unknown liquid withour napkin. The waitress was nice, but lacked experience. Never cleaned our table, so we had a bunch of plates piledup(literally not a single plate was taken) and did forget about the ice tea. The only thing that was representative of P.F.Chang’s brand was the food. The food was good, but they did run out of broccoli, chives, and even ice tea apparently. So wheneating the Mongolian beef, we literally only had the beef. Overall, I love P.F. Chang’s but this particular location isabomination. The management should be fired. Even though the food was good (of what they actually had), the overall cleanlinessof the place is awful. The hostess was rude and waitress lacked experience. When paying this much for food you expect theservice to be much much much better. So if you plan on taking someone on a date or have a nice evening, just go to the Aventuralocation Read more
Every time I have come in my friends and I have had amazing service. The food is always awesome as well as the drinks. Their... coconut mojito is my favorite drink, the pan seared pork dumplings are my favorite appetizer, and the honey chicken with friedrice is my go to. PF Chang’s is always a good idea. Mongolian beef is a staple. The orange chicken was too tart for me, as it is typically just... very sweet (how I prefer it). If you are a lover of chocolate, try the Wall of Chocolate. Best chocolate cake money can buy. Read more
In short? Don't come here. In depth review: Ordered 6 plates. Best thing I liked was the lettuce wrap appetizer and for... charging 13 or 14 dollars (which is almost the price of a regular dinner plate), amount of the food was very small. Sushi wasabsolute blend with earthy taste (not in a good way), tempura shrimps sauce was extremely salty. Restautant ran out of wasabiand we were only was notified 15 mins after the plates arrived. (Waitress didn't check in on us for that long) Service wasterrible. Server rarely ever came by to refill our drinks or to check up on us and it wasn't a busy night. Overall, i feel like100 dollars went down the drain. For this place being touted as premium Asian restaurant and charging the premium prices, it wasa huge disappointing experience. Large-chain restaurant serving gourmet Chinese food that’s consistently great! I really love the food and decor here. The... service is always great. Every time I visit South Florida, it’s a must do on my list. Many years ago we celebrated mygrandma’s birthday here and the waitress was so great and involved. We were a huge party then. Always a pleasure to come to this location. Alex makes every visit worth it. My staff, and I feel like we've known him for ages.... The bartender Tod adds to the hospitality with his knowledge of the bars liquors. Definitely makes not knowing what you wantsatisfying. I recommend this location any day if the week. Read more
0 stars!! Worst experience ever at this location! Rudest takeout staff. I had to ask for my change back from the young lady that... rung me up. I ordered a calamari vegetable appetizer that was cold when I touched it. All the other food was piping hot, butburnt...I returned the food after checking it in the parking lot. The second or re-order was no better. Cold calamari, burntshrimp fried rice posted, and over cooked chicken lomein. The vegetable portion got smaller on the re-order. The rudest if thetwo young ladies, assisted me on the reorder. I asked her if she could smell the burnt smell on my food. She said it's notburnt. It's cooked the way it should be. I spoke to her manager on the initial visit. They were super busy, but no excuse forthe service and quality of food I received. Also, they need to implement more sanitary policies and training. The ladies on theregister are touching money, receipts, their hair and multiple bags. Then they help package the take out food. I rather eat at a China Star restaurant. Starting with the bathrooms were disgusting.The food was below average and service was... bad. Our waitress forgot to put in some of our order and was mad at us for asking for the rest of the food, which we had tocancelbecause it took to long. I understand the staff is tired and they don't want to be there, but as a customer, I really dontcare. I want good service and good food, that is why I'm paying for. Never again.
