I want to give a 5? but lately my experience at this store has been horrible! The morning manager/team leader is so nice and... efficient ???? unfortunately another tall/thin/dark hair barista is rude, impolite and arrogant. She gets really ruffled up whenyou mention something wrong about her drinks. You can be smiling, polite and very comprehensive, you can ask nicely, it does notmake a difference. So if you want a Venti latte, expect a Grande cappuccino. (Doesn't matter if you asked for no foam. And whenthe foam is taken off, she thinks it's ok to give a cup half full) If you want a Venti pink drink, expect a cup of ice with"some" juice and very little strawberries (I could not count more than 2 or 3 broken pieces, and I did ask for light ice) I wasanswered "well that's the way I make them" As I mentioned, if it would not be for this barista, it would be a pleasantexperience. Nice clean shop but barista gives you a little attitude even if you bring up that they missed your order. Service is a little... slow considering there?s not many orders on a Sunday. Read more

I can?t believe I?m sitting here writing a review for Starbucks, but this is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to and... they deserve some recognition. No matter what day or time you come in, the staff is absolutely incredible. This is a great store. Tiny, but mighty. It was clean. A lot of other food oriented stores in the shopping plaza. Employees... were pleasant. I would recommend it. There aren?t to many Other coffee places near there. Read more

I asked for a shaken espresso with no ice, the cup was Legit half full. Then the lady tells me that when she fixed it, instead... of adding another shot of espresso and another 4 oz of oatmilk. She just added oatmilk. Like lady if the cup isn?t full you fillit so that the components of the drink are all even like they?re supposed to. If it wasn?t supposed to be done with no ice or itwasn?t full, then you add another shot of espresso and charge me accordingly. Why am I receiving a half full cup when I paid fora venti??? And then you tell me that I shouldn?t have ordered it that way, your employee took the order??? Read more
