Don't come here. Ordered 2 shakes, waited for 20 mins after watching people who ordered after us get their orders. Talked to... employees who gave us attitude because we were frustrated that we haven't got our order. Bathrooms were disgusting. Restaurantwas dirty. Milkshake was mostly whip cream. Was driving through the area and looking for a quick place to stop and eat and thought we would try it out. We placed a pretty... standard order (two kids meals and two adult meals) and were told to pull around and wait for said order. We waited for over 30minutes for our food and had to go inside to remind them of our order. After receiving the food we were EVEN MORE disappointed.My son?s hot dog was almost fully burnt and inedible, the French fries were cold, not to mention we were already missing anorder of fries. To top it all off my entire family suffered stomach problems almost immediately after consuming the food. WillNEVER be coming back to this location and probably stake n shake as a whole, might as well SHUT THE WHOLE PLACE DOWN!!! Read more
Unacceptable!!!! Waited over and hour and 1/2 for our food. First I had to drive to the drive thru window for them to take the... order second I had to wait 1 1/2 to wait for our order no apologize no nothing. I waited an hour for 2 simple burgers and fries. Also, the floors and booths were sticky and felt like they haven't been clean... in a really long time. The worst part of this whole experience is when I received my burger it was full of dirt because theydidn't even wash the veggies!!! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had! I took the crew there for lunch because they had never been to a Steak 'n Shake. Was sad to see the cashier's and wait staff... were replaced with a touchscreen. But I've got to say the burgers were just awesome! Fresh and delicious so AAA+ to the Cook. Read more

What can you say about the Waffle House of burgers? The food is good, but not great. This location was lacking help which... resulted in a long wait, but everywhere is as well. The shakes are definitely worth going there for, no matter how long the waitis. Read more
I have not been here in a very long time. I wanted a burger and fries so I picked Steak and Shake. You will order and pay at a... kiosk which I think is great that way you see what is offered on the full menu and you can edit your meal without feeling rushed(something like Wawa). The food came out pretty fast and hot. The food was fresh and so good. I had a triple stack with a smallfry. My boyfriend had the garlic burger with an extra patty large fry and Oreo milkshake.
