This subway was very unprofessional, there was drug transactions I saw occurring while promotion of a subway becoming another... store that I?ve never heard of I?ve assisted subway stores before as a manager and seeing this reflection of management was nota professional sit to see. The store was very dirty and he even locks it and keeps customers outside and brags about havingillegal things while working and owning four subway chains. A one star experience was what we had and I hope subway has a betterrepresentation next time he kept saying he was a artist named lou and going to make subway become the JUMP I had no clue what hewas talking about I just wanted my food very unprofessional I even saw someone bringing him shirts he paid for that cut me inline he paid me no attention. Im just a consistent subway goer and hope I don?t have a illegal experience anymore thank you. Read more

Experienced the worst customer service on two occasions. First: I filled my cup at the fountain. A man walks up to me and says... ?You need to drink that now before it flows over? as if I wouldn?t clean a mess that I created. He stood there, watching me andtold me drink more. The guy at the register apologized for his weird behavior. Second: I went to purchase a kids meal. Theywere out of apple sauce and apple juice and didn?t want to substitute anything for me. She told me I would have to pay $6 for akids sandwich with 2 pcs of meat. While making the sandwich, she began to make the sandwich aggressive and made the sandwich sosloppy. I walked off. Customer service is EVERYTHING, so you must watch how you treat people. Read more

Lazy employees close up early. Ignores customer at the door saying "Yo! You guys don't close for another 1/2 hour! What's up?" ... I've always known its hard to find good workers, but this place certainly continue to fail if they don't find better ones. Goodfreaking luck. Read more
