Horrible customer service. Long wait times. They won't even take your order in the drive thru for like 5 min and will have you... sitting there without them saying anything. Read more
Horrible customer service every time I go there, they have no sence of urgency and they are not proffessional. The make you wait... for 15 minutes before taking your order while the driver through is empty and the only car waiting and at times the line be solong and they still move like turtles. Read more
All this for $1.50, if I am buying fast food I make sure I?m not spending a lot on it, if I even spend anything most of the... times I?m getting it for free! But I really went to @wendys today to try the strawberry ???? frosty everyone?s been going crazyfor, and I have to say I am a big fan. If you went to school in Miami-Dade then it literally taste like the little 50 cent icecream cups the schools used to sell at lunch in 3 flavors. (vanilla, chocolate & strawberry) I did find that it does melt a lotfaster than the regular frosty, so just make sure to finish it quick before you have strawberry milk! Overall Strawberry Frostyrating 4/5 This location is 0/5 tho as far as management. They make up their own rules, and are rude. I only return becauseit?s convenient. Read more

First time at this Wendy's wanted to dine in, but the entrance into the location is very compact and did not want to get... blocked in,so went through the Drive through, Service was slow do to long line, food was horrible had the new chicken baconspicy combo. chicken was very dry, tasted like it had been sitting for a long period of time, fries cold. Also bought 6cookies, will not purchase again, tasteless, disappointed with this location food ,and service. Will not patronize again. Read more
