Frank and Louie's has a great location with a beach and plenty of outdoor seating and a handful of TVs to watch the games. Key... takeaway though is they are expensive, both for drinks and food. Had a great experience at the dock for a slip with the young lady here. The atmosphere with the beach is entertaining. We came... for dinner on a week night and together we ordered a meat lovers pizza, surf & turf, nacho supreme, and Louie?s wrap. All of itwas very good - it came out sporadically. The pizza was good but not really loaded with much; and surf and turf was good butsteak definitely wasn?t a filet. The best dinner was probably the wrap. As far as the waitress, she was super nice and knewquite a bit about the menu, but we really didn?t get the best service. Several times, we went without a drink refill or arequest for this or that. We had a wonderful experience having lunch here today. Our service was excellent, drinks were icy cold, and the food came out... hot and fresh. The fish and chips basket was delicious. My husband loved the grilled chicken sandwich with pineapple, ham, andteriyaki sauce. It?s such a great place for the family. There?s a sand beach, kayak rentals, tons of seating, and great music.We loved the pink lemonade slushies with raspberry vodka. We will definitely be back! Read more

Love coming to Franky & Louie's. Our food was decent. The blackened cod sandwich came on a bun that was way too big and the... onions weren't quite cooked through, but it was still decent. Wife had the grouper nuggets and they were a bit crunchy, butagain, still pretty decent. French fries and mango coleslaw were both delicious. The star of the show was the Buffalo ChickenRangoons. Really enjoyed the lakeside live music, swim beach with bar service, and warm environment. The beach and volleyball areas are... definitely family-friendly and the restaurant and bar are family-friendly during the day. At night when there is live music thecrowd ranges from kids in their 20s all the way up. You may no longer take your dogs to the swimming beach but they are allowedinside the restaurant bar/restaurant! Clean restrooms are a plus. I don't recommend their pizza. The crust was undercooked onboth that we ordered and there was nothing special about the flavor of the sauce, cheese or crust. Decent BLT's.
