If only I could leave 0 stars, by far the worst service, experience, and food we’ve ever had. Mary specifically was the worst.... We brought 3 bottles of our own wine, she opened the bottles but never poured a single glass of wine, we served ourselves. Whenasked about the specials, she seemed annoyed and couldn’t tell us anything more. Never once were we asked how our meal was, orif we needed anything. On top of that, my dad was cut by the sharp table that was not well maintained. Despite the terribleservice the food was no better than Olive Garden, the pasta special had no flavor - watery fish - the pizza was a store boughtfrozen pizza with fresh bell pepper on top. We celebrated our 52nd wedding anniversary with our entire family at table 15 including 4 kids ages 1-6. Our server was amazing... and made the evening special. The food was wonderful and the '09 Amarone was excellent. Thank you Marcello's and our server!! Read more
I would give it a zero star if I could. Terrible service, had to ask for the bread, and our drinks multiple times, had a friend... show up a little later and we had to ask twice just to get her glass of wine. She finally got her glass of wine after she wasdone with her meal. You would think for the price they are charging you would get the service/food to justify it. When we gotthe bill they added 15% gratuity to the bill, tried to pay it via their qr code and it wouldn't work. So my wife went downstairs to pay the bill and by the time she got back up to our table the gratuity had jumped to 20% on the qr code. Glad shehandled it, because I would not have given them a penny in gratuity/tip and I am usually a 20+% tipper. I recommend going toShari's or Denny's you'll get better food and way better customer service. Read more
We really liked this place. Everyone was very satisfied with their food. The eggplant was perfect and it’s hard to find well... cooked eggplant. The berry salad was also really good. The service was excellent. We made a reservation and I would recommendyou do the same. Read more
Special night out and was offered a table of our choice in the lounge. Just prior to ordering we were asked to move, as a large... group was scheduled to come in. We complied and saw a single female seated at our former table. A half hour or so into our timethere she was joined by only two others. Having had excellent service prior to this, we assumed that there was some mistake. Wewant to support local, but we've had both poor service and sub standard food on the last two occasions. We came here for dinner after a long round of golf. While we did not have a reservation, they qwere very sweet to let us sit by... the bar. The service were prompt and we got our food timely. We took away one star because we couldn't really justify the highprice for the food. We ordered the chicken marsala and the special (baby shrimp with macadamia nuts coated fish with angel hairpasta). The special was $35 and it wasn't really special. The chicken marsala and caprese are not very special either. We hadone cocktail and it's not very special either. I think this is still a good place for the atmosphere but not good if you're apicky eater that's expecting to be blown away. Read more
Great service and great food. The Pollo Marsalla dish was delicious. If you like wine, don't get their house wine, make sure you... ask for something specific from the menu. Desert ( tiramisu) was also good and the portion was more than enough to complete themeal. I will return to this place every time I'm in town. Marcello's has a warm romantic atmosphere. The food I received was delicious. Customer service was top notch which was huge... plus! Would recommend for adults and couples. Read more
