Had to cancel my order yet again because they called me to tell me they can't make one of my sandwiches. Don't try to order a... meatball sub at this location as they NEVER have meatballs after 5pm. Maybe take them off the menu if you're too lazy/shortsighted/ cheap to actually have the offered menu items?!?!? This has happened more than 10 times. I recommend just drivingto Lapine where they always have the offered menu and the staff is nicer. Read more

Customer service is usually fabulous, however if you need to call the store for any reason the number listed online and through... the subway app (its the same phone number) is disconnected. Read more

Meh. I mean...it's Subway. Google "Is Subway really fresh?" and then go somewhere else. Unless you want to watch someone just... destroy your sandwich in real time. "Just a few pickles, please" and they dump a pallet load on. Too stressful. Go to Josie K'sright around the corner if you want a better sandwich. Read more

I went in to get a sandwich. The only employee was sitting down with a friend. I don't care about this, except that the other... person was eating a sandwich, so obviously not wearing a mask, but neither was the employee. She got up, slowly made her waybehind the counter, did not wash her hands or put gloves on, and said in the most uninterested voice, "What can I get you?" Shestill did not have a mask on! I waited for a moment, and she just stared at me. Finally, I said, "I think I'm good actually. Youshould probably put a mask on." And she just stared at me as I left. Will never go back, yikes. And I should add, I have never,ever left anything lower than a 3 star review. I know restaurants are struggling, I've been a server/bartender for 20 years. Butseriously, cases of Covid-19 are higher than they have ever been in Deschutes County, and you can't do the absolute bare minimumto protect your customers?! Read more

went in there, there was 3 teenage kids working. It took them 45 minutes to get my sandwich, and there was only 4 people in... line. And they were out of literally everything. They teenage kids were also going outside to smoke while people were waitingfor service. I will not be going back here. Read more

It took 25 minutes to get my sandwich and there was one person in line. I can not say that the customer service was great... because that would be a lie. There were three teenagers working there. They did not charge the normal amount so I got a bigdiscount and all they forgot was one drink. I feel that the management at this subway needs to get a lot better, especiallyduring a pandemic.
