It?s a shame the service is so terrible because the food here is some of the best breakfast food I?ve ever had. But the long... wait times and poor service completely cancel that out. We sat down and had to wait 10 minutes before we got our menus. Weordered drinks, that took another 10 minutes. Eventually our waitress, Kaitlyn, came with our drinks and took our orders, atwhich point I had to step out while my friends stayed to take care of something. When I got back an hour later they were stillwaiting on their food. I stepped out again and came back and asked for a to-go box. In the time it took our waitress to get ato-go box, i finished my entire meal. Ready to go and not willing to wait another 15 minutes for her to come with the check, igave her a 20 and asked for the other 10 i had as change. Then it turns out she gave me the wrong receipt and i had to giveanother 5. I do not recommend eating here. Far smarter to order pick up on the phone so you don?t waste your time in therestaurant while they prepare your food for 2 hours. Read more
Waitress very charming. Food was good. Even the staff in the kitchen spoke to us. It was very clean. I work at Prejeans and can... say that there was teamwork going on at this restaurant. It makes a huge difference. We will be coming back often. Read more
Sorry owners. Plan on losing your investment due to poor service. It?s that bad. As pitiful as our service was, we eventually... did get something to eat. We spoke to another couple who were leaving at the same time. They said it was their third trip andthey had never been served. I can?t believe they even tried it three times. The food is always very well prepared & delicious. Unfortunately the waitstaff is always extremely slow with very poor service. ... At times it has taken up to 10 minutes or more before the waitress showed up at my table - add another 20 minutes to get yourfood & now your lunch break is nearly spent!! One day I called ahead in effort to place my order before my arrival (my office is5 minutes away) & explained to the waitress I was in route & trying to save time. She asked me to hold. I pulled into theparking lot still on hold - decide to fill up at the gas pump & am still on hold (I can hear the talking in the background).Park my vehicle and walk into a 99 percent empty dining room & see the waitress casually chatting with the cook. I?m still onhold & I see the waitress reach in front of her and hear the click as she hung up the phone. I just looked at her inastonishment & held up my phone,. She realized she had just hung up on me after leaving me on hold for 9 minutes. Sheimmediately began apologizing across the dining room. As I looked for a place to sit, it became apparent there were no cleantables & after walking around for 30 seconds, I sat down at an un-wiped table. The waitress came over and apologized for leavingme on hold & stating she was busy & forgot about the call & then began to apologize that all the tables were dirty, stating thewaitress had left them like that from the night before and also stated she?d only been working there a week. I see some bad reviews ????Possibly on behalf of old employees they let go(would be my guess)..because my service was excellent!... The waitress and the lady that was cooking was absolutely beautiful, by the way???? as soon as I walked in I was greeted with asmile and asked, "How may I help you?". The place was clean and well organized. I received my food and condiments. The food wascooked just right and was still warm when I made it home. ???? thank you ladies! Have a blessed one. Read more
Was such a disappointment! Customer service was poor. Food atrocious!!!!!!! Over 35 minutes we waited for a stuffed hashbrown... breakfast. After the wait it was not edible. Terrible really. Hash brown were overcooked. Couldn't find potatoes on eitherplate. Crunchy doesn't even describe it. It was a disappointment ???? a disaster ????. Read more
6/18/19 was the first time that I have ever been to ANY Huddle House. The menu had a lot of great items on it. They even serve... Chili! The breakast was good. Their country gravy is very delicious. You won't go wrong ordering any item with the white countrygravy poured over it. Our waitress and the other staff of the restaurant seemed to be "withit." *Attentive There was a sectionof the restaurant blocked off. No worries, though: some of the flooring tile in the area was coming apart. I will be a frequentpatron. Thank you, Huddle House in Sunset for good food and a welcoming ambiance. Read more
Avoid coming here. Food was cold. Service was slow and there was just 3 people in the dining area waiting on food. Maybe they... need to stop talking and cook. Read more
