What an awesome local spot! We came in on Tuesday and ordered some clam chowder and a pepper steak. Both delicious. I also got... the Good Vibrations drink (with watermelon) which was so good that my boyfriend suggested going back again on Thursday. Wherewe met Juan! Super friendly, welcoming, fun guy! He suggested different vermouths and amaros for us to try when my boyfriendordered one that was no longer available. And just throughout the night, he was very warm and fun to chat with. We accidentallycame on jam night which was really fun. It felt like everyone knew each other. Everyone was so friendly, someone even came upand asked if we played music, because we could play if we wanted. I almost forgot to write about the food. My boyfriend gotbaby back ribs the second time and I got the fried artichokes. They were amazing! So good with the garlic butter and ranch. Read more
Family owned business for many years. Food is great! Drinks are better especially when Juan bartends. Live bands are fun!
I had the Alaskan crab legs and clam chowder both were very good. All the seating were high stools except a couple unstable... plastic chairs. My friend is 6'2" and I'm a large woman (thankfully not as large as I was) or I wouldn't have been able to dinethere since I'm unable to sit on a high stool. Read more
This may have been a restaurant in the past, but it?s a pub now. They had some yummy seafood options, but only bar seating and a... few high-tops. A ?restaurant? denotes family-friendly, and this place was not. The pub distinction is an important one as ourfamily has two kids and had to order ?to go? once we walked inside. Later, we saw another small family do the same thing, eatingin their car instead of going inside. The food was in smaller portions and without garnish, consistent with my assertion. Great place for burgers, sea food and beer. Lots of TV'S for sporting events and live music!
