The food is great, but the whole place is run very poorly. Everytime I’m in there the service is terrible and there is always... an issue. Placed an online order today and didn’t get a confirmation email so I called and they told me to call back after 3to get my refund. When I told them I had to work at 2 and still wanted my order they told me I had to pay for it again, fine, ithappens. I then get a call saying they forgot they can’t take credit cards today, so how did money come out of my account frommy original order that never went through? Just poor service in my opinion. First time visiting this hidden gem!! The waitress was so friendly and helpful with all her recommendations on the menu. The... bartender so very nice and the drinks were great! The one eyed jack burger was great the fish tacos were amazing. And despite the fact the burger was over cooked (I ordered... medium rare and there was 0 pink) it was still good.
