Nasty, no clean tables, lazy staff. Went to kiosk and ordered. Kiosk says have a seat, we will bring your food to you. Heard... them call our #, raised my hand. Arrived at dusk, the drive-thru was backed up so we decided to dine in. Dining area tables had obviously been used and had trash... or food debris on them. I stood in front of the ordering counter 3 to 5 minutes While I watched a young woman that would take myorder come out of the back to catch the fryer up then interact with drive-thru window and finally notice me. The young woman waspolite and took my order for two 10-piece chicken nugget, Plus a quarter pounder. Deciding to order one more time, the youngwoman said she would bring our order out to the table for us. Complimentary sauces were forgotten. Chicken sandwiches werelukewarm. **Chicken nuggets we're very hot. ( second order of chicken sandwich resulted being the wrong chicken sandwich. Itwas never asked or decided Which sandwich I wanted.) Worst restaurant experience I think Ive ever had. The cashier was very rude and smug when I said I wanted a new drink bc the... iced coffee was too sweet. It had 5pumps of liquid sugar,5! Since when does iced coffee come with enough sugar where you takeone sip and get diabetes. The food looked like it was kicked across the restaurant then half hazardly dropped in the bag. Andthe bread on my McMuffin was stale and overcooked. I definitely would recommend everybody steer clear of this location. The onlyredeeming quality was the manager who nicely and quickly remade my drink after the cashier was looking at me with disgust andbeing sarcastic with me. And there was an employee in the corner of the restaurant on the phone with the speaker on at it'shighest volume loudly talking to the other person. Greasy filthy uniform, ALL the tables were filthy. I followed the lady to make sure she was cleaning and she wasn't, I had to... clean after her. When I complained I was told they were busy. No, the place was empty. I have been there before but only at thewindow. Never will go there again. The person with the greasy uniform who was cleaning the table along with cashier was bangingthe chairs into the tables. Seriously, NEVER AGAIN. Read more
I really don't like to give 1 star reviews, but as of August 2022 I have to warn people not to go here at all costs. It's run... terribly and you can tell the staff quality suffers for it. The most damning thing is the quality of food though. Very oftencomes out cold and burgers look old and dry and most times just completely not made right. I could absolutely see someonegetting food poisoning from here, so be careful not to go here. I know it's tempting because it's the only one in the areaoutside of shallote. Read more
Came with my mother and son after church and ordered inside! They dropped my bag of food which was no problem, But manager Keri... put up my food the 2nd time and yelled out the wrong number it wasn?t even a number on the order screen! I ask what was in thebag and she got an attitude and started shuffling my fries around in the back complaining that she said the number! I told hermy number was different and I was waiting for my food a 2nd time . Long story short! We ended up arguing with each other infront of people because she felt she was right and not the customer! I didn?t know McDonald?s hired Karen?s. Called districtoffice and no response from them! My husband order a 2B meal tonight that was not cooked, on the outside it looked fine. He bit into and was just raw. Pay better... attention when cooking meat! Thankfully he didn?t ingest any of it. Read more
The best McDonald's experience I've had in years. Honestly the last place I ever want to go but being a travel ball parent... leaving games late at night there are few options. My wife, my daughter, and I stopped and went through the drive thru at thisMcDonald's Saturday November 5th around 9:45pm after a late softball game and I have zero complaints. This shift deserves araise. The service was timely, the lady that helped us was nice, the food was absolutely perfect...fries we're hot and justright salty, sandwiches tasted great and we're correct down to my no pickles, the drinks weren't flat, and get this...the icecream machine was even working!!! I mean maybe one could say this is how it should be. But it's so rarely is and I have to sayit took me back years to a time when people cared a little more. This staff hit a home run tonight!
