No one taking orders in front. Staff at pick up area were visible, saw us, but no one ever came to take our orders, even after I... spoke to one of them. She said nothing and ducked into the back. Always smells good when you walk into a Panera. This location was no exception. Rachel the MOD was amazing and helpful. We were... able to laugh and she made sure I was taken care of. I called ahead to make sure the dining room was open and had no issues withparking. A guest asked for more coffee and it was brought out promptly. Highly recommend this location. Read more
