Such a great experience! We booked a birthday party for a 6 year old and it was great. The party hosts Niko and Silas were... fantastic. After the party I was complimenting Niko on what a good time it was and she let me know it was her first time leadinga birthday celebration for multiple parties?.I would have never known. She was so professional and and took such good care ofour group. This location was very clean and well kept. Pizza was good too. My only feedback is that they should leave a table inbetween each reserved party table so people aren?t Cramer on top of each other when we are trying to do pizza and cake. Read more
Probably one pf the worst child's parties I have even payed for. The girl who was assisting me and my wife was horrible! From... the moment we checked in she was rude. Her behavior was uncalled for. She was yelling and cursing in front of small children.The manager on duty had to ask her multiple time's to leave the floor. The manager on duty did best with what he had to operatewith, I understand being short staffed and behind but that should have been communicated and a lot could have been avoided. Iwill NEVER go to chuckE cheese again. My 4 and 7 year Olds will never get that special day back. I want my money back and untilthat happens I'm going to keep leaving reviews. Read more
Was a very nice place first time I've walked into a chuck e cheese and all the games were working. Jada went up and above to... make sure my childrens experience was amazing she was such a sweet girl and is amazing at customer service. The cleanest Chuck e' Cheese we have ever been to (and we've been to many) with the friendliest staff! This location offers a... wide assortment of skill and luck games for all age ranges, along with a handful of rides geared toward the toddler crowd, photobooths, and air hockey. Everything is always in good working order. Only one game was not working during our visit today, andwhen we informed staff they were quick to address the issue. Everything is impeccably clean--the dining area, games, and thebathroom. Staff was quick to clean tables after guests finished eating, and despite it being part restaurant, the carpet alwayslooked freshly vacuumed. While we didn't eat, I appreciate that they have both pizza and salad bar offerings. Again, the saladarea looked spotless and fresh. If you go on Wednesday you can get one hour of unlimited play for $17.99. You can't beat thisdeal considering so many arcade games are over after a single button push. I actually feel like I'm getting a good value for mymoney. My 4 year old usually racks up around 500 tickets, and my older boys around 1000. There's a decent assortment of prizes(along with super patient employees who deserve all the praise for kindly handling my indecisive kiddos). I love that one ticket= 1 penny, so if they're ever just a bit short or one sibling got a lot more than another, I can add a couple dollars andeveryone walks away happy. Staff are friendly and helpful and on both our visits went above and beyond to make sure we walkedaway happy. Out of all the arcades we've been to in the area (Dave n' Busters, Fat Catz, Boondocks), Chuck e' Cheese is ourfavorite and the one we will keep going back to. Read more
We were there yesterday to celebrate my sons Birthday. We didn?t have a reservation but the male manager was so attentive and... nice. He let us know where we could sit and that there was going to be five reserved parties on the other side of therestaurant. He went completely out of his way to make sure my son was having a great time, as well as the adults in the party.When it was time to cash out my sons tickets, the girl was so sweet and helped him pick out his new toys. I believe they wereextremely short staffed yesterday but always answered our questions with a smile. We will definitely be coming back, and I hopeothers can appreciate the hard work they are putting in to make sure we all have a great experience, even if they are shortstaffed! Read more
This is the worst location. The cashier had no clue what a E-ticket is nor had answers to any questions asked. She called the... manager for help & she was even more disrespectful. She didn't great us & treated us as if we were an inconvenience by comingin. We asked her about the menu & she just stared us down with no amswers. It was my daughter's birthday & she didn't even getto enjoy it. Family & friends showed up to help celebrate & we all left without celebrating. The manager scanned our points &didn't even reimburse them. She didn't offer to help & chuckled as we all were walking out. There is no excuse for the way wewere treated & I have never been more disappointed in a business than now. Take your money elsewhere. Read more
