Went for breakfast on a Wednesday morning; the poor server had 6 tables on her own. However, all of our food and drinks came out... at a reasonable time and it was delicious. My fiancé said the Mexican Chicken Burrito was the best burrito he?s ever had froman ihop. I had blueberry pancakes and they were regular and delicious as always. Read more
Waiting to pick up a to go order and the hostess is also the server and the expo. Literally see my food sitting in the window... and still waiting for 15 mins as she brings drinks to her table. There's no reason why you have an employee doing the work of 3people. Read more
Violent illness after eating a breakfast burrito. Vomiting all night 4 hours after eating. Negative for flu, COVID. Doctors... believe it was food poisoning. Had to go get an IV with fluids because I couldn't keep anything down. Food poisoning can killelderly people. Luckily I still have half the burrito for the health department to test. Good food and great service from the young lady who was our server. The only two negatives were the heat seemed to be on high... and we were sweating at our table and I personally witnessed the hostess use the restroom (#2) without washing his hands beforereturning to work. This wouldn't have been so bad if he hadn't then handled customer's to go orders and food in the kitchen. Read more
They were so understaffed that they probably shouldn?t have been open. One guy with 6 tables, and probably only one person is... the back. I ordered the kids pancakes as soon as we sat and said I?d order after looking at the menu. I never was able to order,as the kids were totally finished with their pancakes before the waiter came back to take my order. No drink refills, no serviceat all. I said we just wanted to pay and leave, so the waiter said he?d bring me a to go box in the house to apologize. Nice,but after waiting another 10 minutes, we we just left without our ?gift?. Came here with my family and nephews. The food was great everything came out quickly and the service was excellent even with the... restraint being busy itself. They were very attentive and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean as well. Would definitely comeagain. Read more
