I had been on the road and needed to stop to use the restroom and eat. I arrived at 7:48 pm; they close at 8- and they had the... doors locked and three employees looked at me and stared when I tried to open the door. I may never go to another Panda Expressagain. I am sitting in my car- it is still ?9 min to close? and one of the employees is eating at the only table they don?t haveall chairs turned upside down. Unprofessional, rude and disappointing. Don?t even try coming here if it?s close to their closing time. Lobby closes at 7:30 (or earlier, I arrived at 7:20 and it was... closed), then you?re forced to wait in the drive thru without knowing what dishes they have available. And it?s a one lane drivethru so you can?t escape. I waited a good 20 minutes for no reason since I wanted super greens and they refused to make any forme. I could have literally driven to the one in Boulder, gotten whatever dishes I wanted, and it would have taken less time. BadPanda. Read more

Will step in line with the others and, like others, though I hate leaving bad reviews, this place warrants it. My take is... different though as I feel it's probably more an issue with not paying people a living wage than true worker laziness. Wentthere for a late lunch (like others, was also surprised that the dining room was open, half the times I've stopped here, it'sclosed, in the middle of the day) and stood around in front of the counter where you order for about ten minutes. Someone was inback washing stuff the whole time. Another was sitting in the eating area wearing their phone headset, deep in their phone,oblivious to any customers (they were probably on break). After waiting my requisite ten-minutes for NO ONE to come to thecounter to serve people..., I left. For good. No more at this location. And like others, when I've actually gotten served hereand people were actually working, they were out of most of whatever I wanted. Oh well. Enter at your own risk (of totally wastedtime). Read more

This is my first time writing a review. I'm typically a patient and understanding customer, but this is the worst customer... service experience I've had. I ordered a plate with orange chicken and Beijing beef. They just put ONLY RICE in a container,luckily I noticed, tried to enter the restaurant but both the front doors we're locked. Went through the drive through, the ladyon the microphone laughed. Eventually they gave us the entrees in a to go container and still gave me the wrong entrées. 0/10incompetent workers, do not recommend this location ever. You're better off throwing your money in the trash can than supportingthis mismanaged establishment. Read more

I haven?t been here for a while only because previous visits were awful so I thought I?d give them a chance after maybe five... months of not going by I?m disappointed that I did go I got a honey sesame chicken bowl the vegetables tasted like they wereold weird taste to them the chicken was all fried fat or whatever it wasn?t chicken the rice was hard spent $11 on nothingthrowing it away and going to my freezer for a frozen food for lunch NEVER AGAIN FOR ME !!! at least to this one in Superior Read more

I think it?s ridiculous that this store in Superior, Colorado only allows drive thru or call-in order, both which are not... feasible to those of us driving large busses and shuttles with limited and variable time schedules. The young man at the windowdid accommodate me, but one shouldn?t have to walk up to the drive-thru window to get a rapid order. Read more

I normally never write a bad review or reviews in general?. But this location has made it completely warranted? the gal named... Kim who is always there is beyond rude and she always claims they are out of everything? she tells me she?s out of chopstickswhile a customer right by the register is using chopsticks when I asked. I believe she?s a manager and is training all the otheremployees at this location to do the same thing and to tell paying customers they are out of everything. Like last time I wasthere they claimed they were out of fortune cookies?. I?ve never heard of that at any other panda I?ve ever eaten at. Seems likethis is a common issue for this store. if you stumble across this review, AVOID this location at all costs. Read more

Never know if their dining room will be open or not? Or if they have outdoor seating. Or if they even have any fresh food left... after lunch rush. It's always a gamble. Kinda given up. Inconsistent. Not that great. No one there ever cares. Read more
