Personally I love coming to my local sonic and I will continue to in the future. The staff are always friendly and I always get... my food in time and it?s quality is good, too. There has only been one incident here, and that has been a sour milkshake, whichwas really upsetting. Has not happened since at least. Also, they never have French toast sticks anymore and that sucks becausethey?re my favorite. Read more

Same complaint as most it looks like. I was there at about 2 in the afternoon. I was the only car there. It took almost 10... minutes for a chicken wrap. 1st bag contained a sausage breakfast sandwich. I said I ordered the wrap. 5 minutes later shebrings me a chicken sandwich. I ended up driving away because I couldn?t wait for another surprise. I should have gone ahead andwent to chic-filet next door. They were way busier but it would have been faster. Lesson learned. We couldn't eat beyond a first bite. The meat in the cheese burger was smelly, and it was the feature item! The foot long... quarter pound hot dog was much smaller than quarter pound. It was even smaller than a normal hot dog! And even that we couldn'teat completely because of the taste. This was a one timer and that's it! I'd say no thanks to next rounds. The only positivepoint was the ordering system, as it was different from other drive through places where cars should follow a line. Here, or atleast this branch, was parallel parking spaces and big signages with the menu for each parking spot. Read more

We got a foot long coney, a large oreo cheesecake super thick shake and a medium chocolate shake. By far the best shakes we've... had in 20 years. Friendly service. We noticed how they took their time to make those shakes properly. The coney tasted so fresh. Read more

I just left this Sonic location and found when I got home the #8 that I ordered was not even close to hot and fresh. Who ever... the team member was decided to scrape the very bottom of what was left over and put it in my bag. Turned out it was nothing butcrumbs and dried pieces of popcorn chicken. The same went for the tater tots my daughter got. I get this is just one review andwon?t change how the employees do their job. Not will it change how the franchise owner operates their business. Take ownershipfor your food, Sonic. You spend a ton of money on commercial advertising, but your food and this location is beyond subpar. Mydaughter nor any of my family will be going back to Sonic. I get it won?t hurt Sonic?s bottom line at the end of the day, notwill it change the mind set of this location. What I do hope is someone in corporate will see this and make sure it might getsome better next time. Read more

Wow. I love sonic but I?m frankly horrified this one is still in business. I arrived at 8:05 this morning and when I pulled in I... saw to sonic employees wearing their uniforms sitting out front at a table and another car already parked in a stall waiting fortheir order. Because the sonic was open because two employees were sitting there not doing anything we pulled into thedrive-through and waited for 10 minutes for service knowing that they had seen us pull in and stop. No one ever replied to anyof my hello?s on the drive-through so I ordered online since they were clearly just ignoring us and physically at the store andchecked into stall five. After another 5 min waiting I yelled at the two employees sitting there to see what was going on andwhy they weren?t going inside to make our food? they replied that BOTH of them forgot their keys and they are waiting forsomeone to come let them in.. I said how Longmont will that take? At this point it?s been 25 min? they said ?oh maybe another 20min, we don?t even know?? it?s like ok I?m leaving. Your app doesn?t allow you to a cancel an order so that money is gone andlost forever and I do expect a refund or something for this hassle. At the very least they should have been standing at thedrive-through window to notify us that they did not have access to the store so they couldn?t take out our order. Or theycould?ve walked up to her car when we stopped at the store instead they chose to ignore us entirely but and just be on theirphones I would expect them both to be fired for negligence and loss of money and literally awful service and I want my refund. The reviews about this being incredibly slow are still unfortunately very accurate. 30 minutes later we?ve received the same... half our order twice (about 10 minutes between orders), still waiting for the first half. Also worth mentioning the first timethey brought our half of the order, they gave it to the wrong car (and we received the wrong order as well). On top of beingincredibly slow they are also incredibly disorganized. I would recommend avoiding this location altogether, wait for it to goout of business and then visit whatever establishment pops up out of the ashes. Also, if you do that, you might receive yourfood before I receive mine. Read more

We order food that was discolored. It was unpleasant to find this after a bite but we didn't take anymore. Returned food and got... refund. Highly recommend to NOT come here! This visit made me to never go to any sonic outside Texas ever! Read more
