Labor Day evening around 7:30pm the restaurant was SO busy, the wait was long. That did not matter, while there I was extremely... impressed with the staff?s customer service, smiles, apologies. It was clear they were working together as a team and workedvery hard to satisfy each customer as best they could. Superior Wi culvers. Normally Culver's has excellent service. The Superior store did not. Employees were not attentive, 2... errors on our order, and store was very dirty. While the food tasted good, service was no where near what we expect fromCulver's. Read more
Nice place, tasty food, friendly staff. Quite popular on a Saturday afternoon, close to a gas station as well.
Paid $13 for a bacon deluxe meal and basically received a double cheeseburger with onions. I went up to the cash register and... one of the employees said they could give me the toppings and I can put it on the burger. I then got a container with a slice oftomato and some lettuce. Wide variety of tasty fast food, especially the cheeseburgers and hamburgers, worth the slightly longer wait, as your food is... made to order. Sometimes getting your food can be a little slow at Culvers but not today. Satisfied with our food and workers were friendly.... The one thing that bothered me was the garbage can. It has that lid that swings inward from the front when you push your trayinto it. It was so tight that there was no way to open it without pushing it with your hand and holding it while you tried toshake your tray with the other. Gross. Read more
3rd time that I was supposed to get a chocolate mixer with Oreo and cheesecake but was only given Oreo in it. Went back through... this time and said something and was told that ?actually it does have cheesecake it?s probably just hard to see because it?sblended up?. Which is just weird to me because in the past times I?ve ordered it, I?ve always been able to see and taste thecheesecake in there vs. now I?ve only seen and tasted Oreo the past 3 times. (One of which I was also given a vanilla mixerrather than a chocolate too). Just feel like I was kind of gas lit. Taking a pic of how it looks today vs. how it looks on a dayit ACTUALLY has cheesecake in case I?m told in the future that I ?probably just can?t see it?.
