I placed an order for delivery to leave at my door. I also paid close attention to the tracker it said it was out for delivery.... After 10 minutes went by I checked to see if it had arrived. It had not so I waited another 10 minutes and checked again whilestill paying attention to the tracker. 22 minutes after it was out for delivery it showed that it had arrived. Yet there was nofood. When I called the store I was told that it was delivered to either my back or my side door. (I don't have a back door) Ichecked both my front door and my side door again. Still no food. I was told that they would not send their driver out again todeliver my food, but I would receive a refund. I'm very frustrated and hungry! Shame on you Jimmy John's! That is terribleservice! Ordered two giant sandwiches, drovr home with gas$5/ gallon and brought them back because they were the wrong sandwiches. Wanted... them remade, never took a bite out of them and the owner refused. So I demanded a refund. If that's how they conduct theirbusiness to customers they'd fail if it wasn't a food joint. Read more

Showed up a few minutes early for an interview, GM had already left for the day (with an interview that had been scheduled for... days? Seriously?). Worker told me to "come back tomorrow before 4". Informed them that's not possible as I work full time andhad to get approved time off for the interview, but could come during my lunch break. Employee said she'd tell the GM and havethem call me in the morning if that would work or to reschedule the interview. Interview was supposed to happened Wednesday, itsSaturday. Guess who never called. Apparently they aren't as desperate for delivery driver as they told someone else. Read more

Would be nice if an online order took priority over people walking in. I ordered online, waited 10 mins to drive there and then... waited in the building as people walk in, ordered and got their sandwiches prior to me. Same with people going through the drivethrough. I order often and this is not the first time this has happened. Read more

Last month I ordered from here and was missing chips I paid for. Was told I could get them free next time I ordered. That ended... up not being true. Today I ordered and was missing my cookie. I didn?t find out til I got home. I had walked. It?s a wind chillof negative 29. I?m not walking there for a damn cookie. And we all know I ain?t getting a free cookie next time I order. Kwiktrip is right across the street from this location. I?ll just go there for sandwiches for now on. Read more

Simple lunch order turns into fiasco!I just ordered online for delivery. I got the wrong sandwich (no avocado on sandwich ) and... no mustard packets. All on receipt, all Delivered 20 minutes after I ordered. (I thought it was supposed to be freaky fast?) Icalled and politely told the very impatient employee of my plight. He was rude and blaming. Seriously? This is how we now treatour customers? New sandwich came and the delivery demanded the old sandwich so his boss could see it. I was very nice, patientthrough the ordeal but now I am just feeling upset and like my lunch was ruined :/ Not sure if I will ever order for deliveryagain. Read more
