Made just they way I want it! Bonus! This was the cleanest store I have been to! Including the soda machine! Great job.

This locations almost never busy and they still can't find time to train their employees right. I was forced to overcharge my... debit card because the child behind the counter "couldn't split payments" the manager the next day told me "I can see how hethought that" and said she would fix it and then gave me the wrong phone number and hasn't called me back since. Maybe the kidthat doesn't know what he's doing shouldn't be behind the counter alone. I personally like subway but not this one. Read more

Horrible, Awkward, Bizarre. We arrived at 8:30pm, there were 3 people ahead of us, the worker was nowhere insight. After a few... minutes he appeared telling everyone to leave, he couldn't handle making anymore subs. He had 30 minutes to make 5 subs! Acustomer offered to help make the subs and he actually let the customer behind the counter to do his job for him. He disappearedagain while the customer was now making subs for other customers. He reappeared 10 min later saying he talked to his managerand she was very upset he let a non-employee behind the counter to do his job and ordered us all to leave again at 8:50pm.UNBELIEVABLE! We all stood there in shock, angry and laughing at the craziness of what was happening. I don't know if he was ondrugs or having a mental break. We took video of the ordeal and will be contacting the franchise. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We,along with everyone else that were there will never go to that location again. After we were rudely and awkwardly kicked out wedrove across town to another Subway with professional employees who had our subs made within 5 minutes. Im sure everyone therewill be talking to everyone they know about their experience at 2nd st Subway in Superior tonight for along time. I don't thinkthe employee we dealt with will be receiving employee of the month anytime soon. UNBELIEVABLE! Really want to acknowledge Cody at this store. I came in with my dad, we had three coupons and were prepared to just buy three... separate meals to qualify for the coupons. Cody tried to do it all at once which didn't work, and I could tell he was gettingflustered with a line growing behind us. Cody handled everything perfectly fine, and helped us even when our cups startedleaking. Great job, Cody. All the food was perfect and I just wanted you to know you did a great job. Read more

Ordered on the app...what a convenience...ordered at 552 and got my order at 622. 30 minute wait for a single sub! You might as... well go sit down and get real food at a local spot. I'm continually disappointed with this store. I am done trying. It's worththe drive to go elsewhere. Read more
