Went through the drive thru 9/11/22 @ approximately 7:10pm. Tried to order and all I got was static on the speaker, so I drove... through to the window thinking it was a speaker issue, but instead was met by a young girl that was dripping withnegative/sarcastic attitude. She stared more at her nails than making eye contact with me. She said the drive thru now requiresthe customer to use the touch screen to place an order. if that's the case, then what's the point of a drive thru? What if Ihave a question about my order? Where's the human contact? Worst lack of customer service ever. There's two other Subways inSuperior, and NEITHER one of them could be any worse than this one on Tower Ave. If this app could let me give this a zerostars, I would have. Read more

I was there at 8 am this morning. The guy at the window was friendly, service was fast and when I got my sub it was phenomenal.... Perfectly made and great taste. Great job guys I know you don't hear it enough. Read more

I went through the drive thru and order a footlong with no banana pickles and cucumbers. I'm allergic to banana peppers. Clicked... none on the screen for everything and on there end said I clicked less. When I called to make it right the lady of the phonetold me on our end said you want less next time you come through please hit the help button or at the window. When I told her Ispend 16 dollars on a sandwich I can't eat. She wouldn't make me another or refund me because of the screen is messing up ormake it right. Went through the drive through with my son in the car. Ordered via the app, went to pick up the order through the drive up & the... girl says there's a pick up inside. I asked if she could grab it for me because I didn't want to have to take my baby out andbring him inside to pick up my subs. Not sure what the point is of them saying we can't pick up orders through the drive up butwe can order on the drive up touch screen to pick up? Absolutely makes zero sense as we have gone here three time prior andnever had an issue until the young girl at the window said "you have to come in" furthermore, inside they were talking aboutthe situation when I am clearly in ear range. Very distasteful & highly unsatisfied. I will be writing to corporate about thisevent because this was truly rude and unnecessary for me to have to go out of my way when she could have politely handed it tous. If I could, I'd give 0 stars. Read more

Friendly staff. Attentive to us waiting in the parking lot for our curbside order. Got our order done 10 minutes faster than the... estimated wait time during a busy day. :) Sandwiches were perfect and impeccable. Read more

They are fast.. but everyone I go there they put the wrong things on my sandwich, or forget things (I have such a simple... sandwich) today I got 1/3 veggies I asked for.. one cookie instead of 2, I was on lunch break and had no time to bring it back.I appreciate how quick they are but maybe taking the extra minute to check things would be even better. Sadly will drive theextra couple minutes to a different subway. Read more
