At 1st glance glance this place looks like it could be decent unfortunately I ate here. The food was average nothing... spectacular. The service on the other hand Is the reason for this one star the bartender was rude the hostess was nice. And theserver don't even get me started. Probably The nicest place in superior but that's not saying much. Better to just stay on theDuluth side with many excellent choices. Also I witnessed a 17 year old from the back Drinking at the bar. Not a veryprofessional environment Read more

I am a high-end restaurant connoisseur, having moved to the Duluth area from the Twin Cities, so I am always excited when... there?s a new option to go to and dress up at. I had high expectations since my stylist highly recommended the sea bass, which Imiss from the cities. However, I was so disappointed with most everything. The wine came in a stemless glass (it?s not a low-endbackyard barbecue), the bread wasn?t spectacular (I would expect homemade, but the presentation was lovely with the 2 salts),the sea bass was good but not ?to die for?, the truffle fries were also not something I would recommend, the asparagus was alittle overdone (soft), the atmosphere was very dark, there is NO view, the prices are Twin Cities a la carte high but just notworth it. I will not be back and cannot recommend it. Read more

Had an amazing experience here for our Friday night date night. Stuffed olives, mash potatoes, brussel sprouts, ribeye, and... field green salad. Everything was prepared to perfection and was amazing. We will be coming back forsure to try the next roundof choices. Read more

We had a good time. Sat on patio and the patio glass is nice even with a little wind out since it is able to block. Alligator... bites, caesar salad, lobster bisque, crab cakes. We tried a handful of appetizers. I got the 10oz filet for dinner and it wasone of the best ones I've had and it's something I have often at other steakhouses. Service was pretty good. The server wasnice. It wasn't busy at all and just didn't seem quite as attentive as it could've been. But we were in absolutely no rush andit was a nice experience. Read more

Our group of 5 had a wonderful early meal tonight. Fabulous specialty drinks (I recommend the Indigo Gin Gimlet) plus appetizers... all around: steak flatbread, calamari, prawns, and crab cakes. All fabulous! The service was friendly and helpful. Thecomplimentary fresh bread for the table ? with Himalayan pink salt and volcanic pepper ? was superb! Read more

This was a perfectly average restaurant. I wouldn?t go again, but it was fine to come to once. The tables for two are in general... too small for the size of the plates, multiple glasses and silverware. There was also strange Kenny G-style music playing thatwould cut out randomly and didn?t fit with the ambiance of the restaurant at all. The service was pleasant but very slow. Themenu does skew pretty expensive, and I found the food hit and miss given that price point. I?m fine paying for a good dinner, but the quality needs to at least be consistent. Good tap and cocktail list, with some nice wine options. The bone marrowappetizer was delicious, but was on a flat slate board which caused grease and oil to leak out all over the (small) table, causing a mess our waitress had to mop up. Ordered a salad with our dinner, and it was oppressively sweet. I?m not sure why thedressing needed to be sickly sweet but it absolutely was. Couldn?t finish it. The wagyu burger was pretty good! Would come backfor that. The fries it came with were awful though, also couldn?t finish those. Overall, not super impressed. I don?t thinkwe?ll be back for dinner, but maybe drinks. Read more

I had a New York strip and It was so chewy that I had to cut it into tiny pieces also flavorless and needs seasoning. Brussels... sprouts were sand paper dry. Mashed potatoes were really good but drowned in butter. My son had the filet and it looked supergood and he said it was perfect:) We had chocolate cake and it was super good. All in all not worth the $ in my opinion. Read more

Food was amazing. For appetizers we had the oysters, bone marrow, fried goat cheese, and crab cakes. My husband and I both had... the ribeyes and it was fantastic. I usually always need steak sauce, but not here! For dessert we had the carrot cake and it wasvery delicious. I would of preferred the bone marrow appetizer on a different plate, its delicious and plating looked very nicebut it was messy and greasy and a little difficult to contain. Service was great, I forgot our servers name but she was so niceand attentive. Drink list and cocktails were good as well. Only thing I would suggest is going earlier, we had a later eveningreservation and they were out of a few things. We are definitely going back! Read more
